Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship globally to street addresses and P.O. Boxes, all shipping is processed by USPS. There will be a handling fee of $1 for all orders, and orders received will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the delivery method you select, USPS can have your order at your door step in no time. Please be advised that a packing slip identifying the package contents will be included on the customs label.

Taxes
There will be 7.75% tax for all Californuia orders, all other destinations are tax free.

Back Orders
If we are out of stock, the product on site will display out of stock. If you order out of stock product due to our negligence you will be notified within 24 hours of your order and all charges will be credited to you account within 24 hours. Other products ordered will be delivered accordingly.

Return Policy on products
All eBodyWax products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return any item for a full exchange. Please note that these items must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded.

eBodyWax will provide free return shipping only as a result of our error. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
